Administration Front Office

The Reno-Sparks Indian Colony Administration Front Office strives to provide a positive experience to all guests. This friendly staff manages the Shore-Tel phone system for more than 35 employees and handles all general phone and walk-in inquiries about the Colony, other staff inquiries to administration and staff who visit the administration building are sometimes called, 98.

The Administration Front Office assists with the completion of the Department of Motor Vehicle Tax Exemption forms and receives and distributes the U.S. Postal Service mail along with inter-office mail for several departments and programs.

In addition, the Administration Front Office helps edit, duplicate, and distribute the Colony's monthly newsletter, The Camp News and helps schedule meeting rooms for inside and outside agencies.
