The Low Rent Program provides for eligible RSIC Applicants who do not exceed 80% of the HUD Median Income Limits.

The 2025 Application and forms are the current documents necessary to complete for 2025.
Eligible Applicants will;

Have employment history for the past 12 months - Have an income of at least $5,000 annually
Current on all RSIC financial and utility obligations 
Have an updated RSIC Tribal Enrollment Card
Have no history of criminal activity within the last (7) seven years.

  3. Statement of No Income
  4. Authorization of Release of Information

Annual Recertifications are due every year, there are also interim re-certifications that are due upon any changes in family composition or income changes for the household.
