Documents Required when submitting application    
  • Completed application 
  • Authorization of Release of Information - (Signed by everyone in the household over the age of 18) 
  • Copy of Current RSIC Tribal Enrollment Card 
  • Quote from Approved Vendor

Eligibility Requirements

  • RSIC Members only
  • Must live on the Reno Sparks Indian Colony land (Reno/Hungry Valley) 
  • 55 or older 
  • Completed application 
  • One applicant per household
