Planning Mission Statement:

The mission of the Planning and Community Development Department is to ensure that future development and redevelopment within the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony is sustainable, addresses community needs, and promotes a healthy and safe community for youth, families, and elders while preserving traditional values and culture.

RSIC Planning HUB:

Tribal Transportation Safety Plan

The Planning and Community Development Department is preparing a Tribal Transportation Safety Plan (TTSP) to assess risks and develop safety strategies for the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony.

In order to identify safety concerns and priorities, we need your input in the transportation safety survey. The survey will remain open until August 31st 2025.
