Youth Employment Program

The purpose of the Youth Employment Program is to guide teens (ages 14 to 18) and young adults (ages 18 to 23) in their pursuit of responsible independence by providing positive work experience and by enhancing their personal and social competencies.

Positive work experience/internships will be provided to RSIC-enrolled youth, pre-college, and college students.

Youth and young adults will be prepared for independent adulthood. Their social competencies will be enhanced as a result of provided life-skills-building sessions, job skills training, alcohol/drug prevention and education, and independent living skills.
