| Red Road Group | Tuesday | 9 to 10 am | Review the Native American Elder's wisdom as documented in the “Red Road to Wellbriety” and incorporate this wisdom into a healthy, happy, and productive lifestyle. |
| Talking Circle | Tuesday | Noon to 1 pm | Discuss the effects of everyday life and ways to manage stressors topics covered includes: Loneliness, Healing, Spirituality, Growth, Insight, Loss, Grief, and Relationships. |
| Life Skills Group | Wednesday | 9 to 10 am | Training in necessary life skills from managing money to interviewing skills to balancing life by using the quadrants to represent the phases of life (childhood, adolescence, adulthood, elder), the seasons of the year (spring, summer, fall, winter), the four cardinal directions (east, south, west, north) as well as our four sides (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual). |
| Anger Management Group | Wednesday | 4 to 5 pm | Fulfills court-mandated requirements and is open to others who are interested in anger management including analyzing why people get angry, how their body and brain react to anger, and coping skills. |
| Domestic Violence Group | Thursday | 4 to 5 pm | Fulfills court-mandated requirements and is open to others who are interested in learning about the impacts of emotional and physical violence on relationships. |
| Craft Group | Friday | 9 to 11 am | Join this fun and productive group and open up your creative spirit as you make all different types of art. Supplies provided. |
