Life Skills GroupWednesday9 to 10 amTraining in necessary life skills from managing money to interviewing skills to balancing life by using the quadrants to represent the phases of life (childhood, adolescence, adulthood, elder), the seasons of the year (spring, summer, fall, winter), the four cardinal directions (east, south, west, north) as well as our four sides (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual).
Anger Management GroupWednesday4 to 5 pmFulfills court-mandated requirements and is open to others who are interested in anger management including analyzing why people get angry, how their body and brain react to anger, and coping skills.
Domestic Violence GroupThursday4 to 5 pmFulfills court-mandated requirements and is open to others who are interested in learning about the impacts of emotional and physical violence on relationships.
