Further, Human Resources purpose is to handle compensation, salary administration, employee relations, separations, training, performance reviews and all benefits. The departments goals are to ensure all RSIC employees are informed, trained and managed to further their careers and RSICs goals.

$93,600 - $104,000 per year based on experience; Monday-Friday; Attendance at monthly Tribal Council meetings and other sessions as required, including evenings.
