Further, Human Resources purpose is to handle compensation, salary administration, employee relations, separations, training, performance reviews and all benefits. The Community Health Field Nurse/LPN provides nursing care which requires the full range of nursing proficiency in clinic, home and group setting, under the direct supervision of the Community Health Nurse/RN. The Community Health Field Nurse/LPN coordinates the HIV/AIDS and STD Program and enhances community resources through networking with agencies outside of the Colony.

The Director provides direction for the Human Services Manager and for the Managers and clinical staff at the Tribal Health Center.
