The Human Resources Departments purpose is to establish, develop, maintain and communicate RSIC policies and procedures throughout the entire organization and to represent, help, advise, and consult with employees/management/supervisors, while simultaneously keeping the overall best interests of RSIC in mind. Further, Human Resources purpose is to handle compensation, salary administration, employee relations, separations, training, performance reviews and all benefits. The departments goals are to ensure all RSIC employees are informed, trained and managed to further their careers and RSICs goals.
